Rebar and Post Tension Cables in Wall Found at GE Global Research Center - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

During the construction of a new building and prior to installing anchors into a wall, Joshua Henes-GPRS OKC used radar scanning to mark out the existing reinforcement within the areas. GPRS marked rebar and post tension cables running within the area so they may be avoiding during the drilling and installation process. The findings were marked directly onto the surface using chalk. The markings were communicated with the customer and understand before GPRS left the site. GPRS saved the general contractor significant costs related to damages and possible injuries.
