There is a reason the company’s Project Managers are not referred to as technicians – because their elite training makes them much more. They are empowered to interact with clients, send reports, and negotiate or expand the scope of work on a site depending on the customers’ needs.  

“You get dirty and work hard in sometimes very cold conditions. The work is very blue collar,” GPRS’ Jamie Althauser, said. “…the person also needs to be good at building relationships with clients and writing reports. We look for well-rounded, well-spoken, and well-educated individuals.”
