PROBLEM
- Arizona Pipeline Co. was installing new water lines across Gavilan College and did not have accurate as-built maps of the existing buried utilities
- The firm was working within a tight schedule to complete their project
Solution
- The GPRS Project Manager completed the utility locate, then showed the contractor the data in SiteMap®
- The contractor was so impressed with the quality of GPRS’ data that they asked us to locate and map all buried utilities across the campus
- GPRS and Arizona Pipeline Co. entered into a SiteMap Project agreement to ensure the data would be accessible for the entire project team throughout the lifecycle of their project
